By proceeding with enrolment, you acknowledge that these services are offered as-is and require ongoing participation to yield optimal results.

When you subscribe to any of our tools, you agree to provide accurate business information, including but not limited to your name, business name, email address, phone number, and other credentials needed to personalise and integrate your automations.All features, including AI conversations, review management, and follow-up sequences, are tailored to your input and are your responsibility to manage and update as needed. Spectrum Digital is not liable for miscommunications caused by outdated or incorrect data provided by the user.InfinityCall offers automated lead capture and booking functionality, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or instant resolution for all inquiries. System updates and occasional maintenance may impact performance temporarily.

ReputationHub uses automation to gather and respond to reviews. You are responsible for monitoring alerts and ensuring that negative reviews are addressed in a timely and professional manner. While we provide AI-generated responses, you must oversee their appropriateness.

AutoEngage creates nurture sequences and booking flows to convert leads. These sequences are configured based on your chosen preferences. We encourage regular review and updates to maintain relevance with your brand voice and customer journey.

Subscription payments are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan at the time of enrollment. You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.Unauthorized use of Spectrum Digital’s platform, including attempts to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse AI features, will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action. We reserve the right to modify service offerings and pricing at our discretion.

By enrolling in Spectrum Digital, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications via SMS, email, and platform notifications. You are responsible for securing any client data you collect using our tools by applicable privacy laws.
